ARE YOUR CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS?
Yes, unless stated otherwise, classes are suitable for all levels and abilities. You will need to fill in a health questionaire before attending your first class. As with all forms of exercise, if you have any doubt about your health and attendance please contact your gp. I am not in a position to decide whether you are fit to attend. All classes concentrate on you finding your own safe level of exertion and practising AHIMSA(nonn harm - in this case of yourself)
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?
Wear comfortable loose clothing. You will need to bring your own mat - these are cheaply available at TK Max and Decathalon as well as online. Yoga blocks are also useful. During non covid times these can be provided but until restrictions are further lifted we are maintaining non sharing of equipment. Please also bring warm clothes and a blanket for relaxation sessions
DO I HAVE TO BOOK?
To insure a place at class please text, Whats AP, email or phone me prior to class. If you turn up without booking you run the risk of not getting a place.
